The NsenWater Water Group subsidiary, NWG Business Limited (NWGBL) has made an application
to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland for a Water and Sewerage Services Licence. Combined
with the existing Water Supply Licence for England and Wales held by NWGBL, a Scottish licence will
enable NWGBL to offer an enhanced range of services to Nsen Water’s nationwide multi-site customers.
As part of the application process, NWGBL is required by the Water Industry Commission to place a
prescribed notice in a National Newspaper and on our website.
The Notice reads as follows:
NWG Business Limited of Nsen Water House, Abbey Road, Pity Me, Durham DH1 5FA, hereby gives
notice that on 7 July 2014 they made an application to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland ("the
Commission") for a water services licence and sewerage services licence in terms of section 6 of the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005.
